I am Van Hayes, originally from Vietnam and I've been living in Ireland for 9 years. I've been teaching cooking for almost 8 years. First I set up Facebook account to keep in touch with my students who wanted to follow up my cooking and stay in touch. After 3 years with more than 8,500 followers I wanted to move to something that I can keep my recipes and people can access my recipes in a better way. That's how CookingwithVan blog started and I've got so much positive responds.
My journey with blogging has began and it's amazing.
