Irish American Mom is a personal blog that helps Irish Americans understand their rich Irish heritage and how to share their family legacy with future generations. It is a community where we believe Irish food is simple, tasty and nutritious and usually isn’t “green” (except on St. Patrick’s Day when a few green beers or slices of emerald cake will do us no harm.) We believe in recording our forefathers’ immigrant tales as heirloom gifts for future generations, and that it’s never too late to explore our cultural heritage and honor our ancestors’ spiritual legacy.
